Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionPainting skills is a must-have skillPerform routine preventive maintenance as determined by the maintenance supervisorAbility to work on weekends at premium pay rate for approximately 2 hours periodicallyPool maintenance required - will trainQualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedCompany Description: Friendly work environment - generous insurance plan.
