Your Main Duties: Being responsible for the upkeep and repair of the hotel's facilities Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for our guests and staff Performing preventive maintenance Responding to repair requests Troubleshooting various issues to maintain the hotel's operational standards Your Profile: Diploma in a technical field Experience of at least 3 years in the maintenance role, preferably in the hotel industry Reliability, autonomy and willingness to work on holidays if needed Good manual dexterity, familiarity in performing minor masonry, plumbing, carpentry work Knowledge of English and Italian Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term Additional Compensation: Fourteenth month salary Thirteenth month salary Languages: English (Required) Italian (Required) Work Location: In-person #J-18808-Ljbffr
