Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear, potential breakdowns, and improvement opportunities. Replace worn-out parts such as bearings, belts, and seals to prevent unplanned downtimes. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues. Repair malfunctioning equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and sensors. Implement corrective measures to restore functionality and prevent recurrence of issues. Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and lighting. Ensure facility infrastructure remains in good condition, addressing damages such as leaks or faulty electrical systems. Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements performed. Track spare parts inventory and request procurement for necessary items to avoid shortages. Prepare and submit maintenance reports to management, highlighting completed work, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement. Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Regularly inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
