Job Requirements Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in performing all maintenance on production plants and general services, providing technical assistance to external companies during extraordinary interventions.
Assists operational personnel with any production-related issues concerning plants and machinery, reporting any impacts on production processes to the department head.
Assists production departments in the setup of machinery as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Assembles mechanical and electrical parts for "Home made" automation.
Assists in the assembly of electrical panels for company plants.
Assembles servomotors for "Home made" automation.
Designs, draws, and creates mechanical components using machine tools.
Implements/adjusts pneumatic, hydraulic, oil hydraulic, and electrical systems according to production needs and current European regulations.
Supports the creation of spare parts for machines based on technical drawings and samples, and modifies components of in-house manufactured machines.
Assists the Engineering department in selecting spare parts for machines and systems.
Supports the installation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Supports the creation of metal structures through cutting, welding, assembly, and painting, performing simple tasks independently.
Manages spare parts and materials necessary for routine, extraordinary, and corrective maintenance.
Provides necessary information for updating maintenance records.
Supports facility activities (environmental surveys, waste management, interventions on well water and sewage discharge, etc.).
Assists in programming PLC for "Home Made" automation, including installation and programming of Smart Sensors.
