Your Role
The Maintenance Team Leader has a responsibility for the organization and performance of the maintenance employees, of maintenance activities of utilities, facilities, and process equipment in full compliance with the GMP guidelines, technical standards, and company procedures. This includes the planning of work orders for routine repairs, preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance. Ensure a 24h/7days facility maintenance of the site and maintain the lifecycle of the equipment in the maintenance strategy. The site uses SAP and TrackWise enterprise systems which is required. Specific responsibilities and main characteristics include: root causes analysis skilled; manage and analyze and improve MMS KPI; ensure a consistent and reliable supply of the site utilities in line with manufacturing needs; ensure that the equipment performs reliable supply; ensure that the facilities are maintained in line with the manufacturing needs; provide maintenance support to all the departments. Be the site reference point for all maintenance technical aspects and for all utilities, services and equipment maintenance; ensure safe operations by proactively proposing improvements and carrying out actions to reduce EHS risks.
Who You Are
