Maintenance support agentFOr the fastest-growing Smart Locker company in the world and one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe we are in search of a Maintenance technician to join our innovative team.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our maintenance operations.You would be responsible for ensuring a high performance of our locker network and a rapid resolution of any issues.
ResponsibilitiesWhat will be your responsibilities â Execute routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance; â Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support;â Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory; â Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate; â Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan; â Provide technical training and support to clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers; â Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
â Execute technical sites visit (Survey) prior installation to technically evaluate the eligibility of the location and asses adaptation required Your ProfileWhat are the requirements to join us in this position: â Minimum 5 of experience of working in a similar role, ideally with experience in maintaining products with network effects.
Previous experience as a technician would be a plus; â Technical diploma or equivalent technical vocational training; â Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues; â Good analytics skills required to be able to perform data analytics and reporting tasks; â Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills; â Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment; â Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects; â Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; â Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
