Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all equipment is functioning properly.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staffPrioritize work ordersDevelop and implement maintenance procedures and schedulesInspect facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issuesKnow current condition of all vacant apartmentsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairsOrder and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipmentTrain and mentor maintenance staffCommunicate with other departments to coordinate maintenance workRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferredProven experience - Minimum three years as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniquesFamiliarity with HVAC and various appliancesWorking knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and drywallAbility to supervise, teach, and motivate staffExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management softwareAbility to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergenciesIf you are a motivated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
