Apply today!ResponsibilitiesEnsure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handling any repairs, if needed.Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs.Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks.Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.Make records of when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made.QualificationsStrong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.Knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent.2+ years of maintenance experience.Compensation$24 - $28 hourlyAbout Premier Living USPremier Living US is a growing company in the multifamily space.
