Maintenance Manager Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. You'll provide essential support to the maintenance team for process improvement initiatives, the implementation of new production lines, and the introduction of cutting-edge technologies, with a strong emphasis on IT proficiency.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of automated machinery and control systems.Troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.Utilize IT networks and explore innovative technologies to enhance process efficiency and reliability.Manage equipment drawings, manuals, and documents to maintain standards. Qualifications For The Role Degree in Computer Engineering or Technical Diploma as an IT or Electronics Technician.You have at least 3 years of experience in Maintenance.You are proficient in SQL Server databases, PLC programming, and relational databases.You enjoy working with programming languages and in the maintenance field.Proven experience in troubleshooting.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
