NES Fircroft are currently seeking aMaintenance Senior Engineering Specialist (Rotating) tomanage all necessary Engineering Maintenance Instrumentation activities in a major onshore LNG project, for conducting Maintenance efficiently and ensuring the technical integrity & required availability of equipment's.
HSE RESPONSIBILITES - Adhere to HSE and Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures.
- Promote continuously safety culture inside Maintenance Department.
- Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for himself and others.
- Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance.
- Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinates with the Senior PVV Engineer on all aspects of Mechanical Engineering & Maintenance matters, and provides expert technical advice - Works with the Senior PVV Engineer and all members of the Mechanical team, to ensure delivery of the Mechanical activities in the Maintenance and Inspection Engineering (MIE) plan - Reviews the documents and technical characteristics of rotating equipment supplied by the project to identify challenges for future maintenance activities in operation phase - Acts as an interface between EPC and MIE Contractor to facilitate data flow and ensure technical guidance of MIEC for rotating equipment - Reviews and if required develops, the maintenance strategies for rotating equipment and ensures compliance of the planned preventive maintenance program to the company's Safety & Environment Critical Element (SECE) performance standards - Contributes to the data preparation of Condition Based Maintenance tools and organization in order to optimize PM and promote failure anticipation (interface with RAID and development of OneCBM) - In coordination with the Maintenance & Inspection Engineering Contractor (MIEC), develops and reviews the rotating equipment planned preventive and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program, to ensure that the maintenance tasks undertaken are adequate to prevent unplanned equipment failure - Works with the company team and Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Contractor (MIEC) to develop maintenance procedures and standards, work method associated with the various rotating equipment - Works with the Company's Methods Team in ensuring all rotating equipment plans are loaded into the Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System (CMIMS) and are adequately resourced and all plans are resource leveled to allow for proper management of maintenance backlog during the operations phase - Liaises with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, modifications, spare parts, drawings and the resolution of technical problems.
- Works with the Operations team during commissioning phase for all rotating equipment which includes providing support on deviations and maintenance engineering input into design, 3D model and constructability reviews as well as Factory and Site Acceptance Testing - Reviews and controls the standardization of materials and spare parts for all rotating equipment and related systems.
Reviews MIEC propositions on stock quantities, usage and consumption to minimize the stock value, whilst ensuring that all spare parts are available for routine, defect and shutdown maintenance.
- Develops the scope of works for rotating equipment support contracts - In coordination with the MIEC and Equipment Vendors, develops typical repair plans for the assets considered Vital - Prepare all required procedures for future maintenance operations, defines tools and material required for the workshops and repairs of rotating equipment - Ensure preparation of data required for future maintenance operation and trouble shooting (documentation related to rotating equipment) and accessibility in Quantum / Prodom TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - Excellent knowledge of rotating/mechanical oil & gas / LNG equipment's, maintenance, repair and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of GE Frame 7 Gas Turbines, large rotating equipment's (compressors, expanders, pumps…), LNG loading arms and hydraulic.
- Excellent knowledge of international codes & standards.
- Good knowledge of maintenance SAP (like CMMS).
- Good Knowledge of computer applications and methods.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
