Your MissionsAs part of our ambitious plan to roll out our first 100 stations by the end of 2025 and 350 stations by 2030, we are looking for a Maintenance Quality Manager capable of coordinating maintenance operations and improving the quality of our physical installations to offer the best recharging experience to our customers.You will report directly to the Head of Operations, as part of the Operations team, and work in collaboration with our external maintenance partners and Electra's internal product, deployment and purchasing teams.?Your Responsibilities Manage and plan preventive and corrective maintenance operations, action plans and continuous improvement Publish tender for maintenance contract in order to select best maintenance partners Monitor and report on performance and manage maintenance partners Interact regularly with EV infra suppliers to suggest improvements Ensure that safety instructions are implemented and in compliance with current regulations Working with the customer service teams, you will analyse and anticipate any malfunctions that are reported Develop the maintenance team's organization and tools as part of this new position Publish tender for Energy Sourcing Station energy management and monitoring of stations performing Technical support to theHead of Growth for integrations Electra stations with EMSPs Desired Profile You are fluent in Italian and English.
You are a trained electrician or have acquired electrical competencies over your professional career.
You have 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the energy or electrical sector, an experience in the DC charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
You are rigorous, you like to learn and enrich your technical knowledge.
You are dynamic, you like challenges and you want to join an innovative company in a constantly evolving sector.
You will be the real guarantor of the smooth running and maintenance of our charging stations and their high availability rate.
Interacting closely with Electra's other product, tech and operations teams, you will contribute to the highest quality recharging experience on the market and help to achieve the goal of rapid adoption of electric vehicles.
You will be able to react quickly, take action and make decisions, and be solution-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
Ideally, you have a 5-year higher education qualification with initial experience in infrastructure operation / maintenance.
An electrical specialism would be a plus, and experience of electric vehicle recharging would be even more so.
Your communication skills will enable you to involve and mobilise the various stakeholders in the project.
