Maintenance Planning&Scheduling Internship
Gruppo Ermenegildo Zegna, leader mondiale dell'abbigliamento maschile di lusso, è alla ricerca un giovane ingegnere che entri a far parte del team Engineering, per attività di analisi ed implementazione dei processi di manutenzione presso dinamico contesto produttivo sito a San Pietro Mosezzo (Novara).
In quale modo apporterai il tuo contributo: parteciperai all'analisi delle procedure di manutenzione in essere e all'individuazione dei gap. Inoltre, avrai la possibilità di contribuire attivamente alla loro implementazione, attraverso la proposta di interventi di miglioramento continuo dei processi e dei controlli/verifiche.
Le principali attività di cui ti occuperai: Mappatura dei manuali esistenti, al fine di verificarne la disponibilità e la corrispondenza rispetto alle caratteristiche degli specifici macchinari coinvolti nei processi di produzione di Capospalla (ed in misura residuale di Pelle e Maglia); Verifica della coerenza dei piani di manutenzione preventiva esistenti rispetto alle indicazioni fornite dal fabbricante nei manuali di manutenzione; Estrazione ed analisi di dati dal software aziendale di manutenzione al fine di comprendere l'allineamento dei piani di manutenzione rispetto alle casistiche di guasti-incidenti di reparto registrati nel database aziendale; Collaborazione con la funzione Health & Safety nell'attività di valutazione ed individuazione dei rischi residui, che esulano da quelli ordinari previsti dal costruttore, al fine di redigere la scheda macchinario adeguata; Il tuo profilo: Giovane risorsa laureanda/neolaureata in discipline ingegneristiche (preferibilmente con indirizzo industriale)
