: a specialist in Home Renovation and turnkey furniture sales Open Hub: coworking space and community hub in the heart of Milan Role & team We are seeking a Maintenance Operator to perform maintenance tasks in apartments, conduct preventive checks on assets, and report necessary interventions.
The operator will update our CRM system with the outcomes of all activities.
As a Maintenace Operator your areas of responsibility will be: Apartment Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks and update the CRM system with the results.
Preventive Checks: Conduct preventive maintenance on assets and log findings in the CRM.
Report Interventions: Identify and report necessary interventions, updating the CRM with details.
What you will need to be successful in the role: Experience in maintenance or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
