In this position, as part of the Service Site Execution Excellence COE, interacting with several other functions & regional teams, you will drive quality innovation with the aim to be effective in a continuous improvement approach to field activities. In particular, you will be responsible for:
Develop and manage custom and standard documentation, work instruction, quality checklist, video field procedure, and maintenance form for site operation and outage activities, related to IET products.Collect and update Global Site Ops KPIs data.Coordinate Quality Stand-downs and promote Continuous Improvement initiatives.Produce and maintain QMS procedure for Global Site Ops.Cooperate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Eng, others...) to ensure quality of standard documentation and process application.Manage Maintenance COE digital platforms and web tools for the distribution of Methods and Continuous Improvements products, KPIs, and WFs.Keep operational rhythm and follow up with suppliers.Be part of the committee for Master FSEs process.Release Field Service Newsletter.Drive initiatives for new products & digital tools.Manage global and local suppliers.To be successful in this role you could use:
Technical background on field services maintenance and installation projects;Field experience on Aero GT, Steam Turbine, or Controls activities is a plus.Having solid experience on IET products and services.Being a good team player and displaying good communication skills with fluency in English.Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.Being curious and passionate about innovation.Being available to travel for meetings and site surveys up to 10% of the time.Adopting an Agile and Lean mindset.Having good digital dexterity.About Us:We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
