Maintenance Manager

Overview: Responsible for maintaining and repairing all facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing a maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and conduct regular inspections. Lead and schedule the maintenance team. Implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain records. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor contracts. Address guest and staff maintenance needs promptly. Requirements: Min 5 years of experience in maintenance management (hospitality preferred). Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to respond to emergencies. Relevant certifications are a plus.
