Your 'day to day'
As Maintenance Lead you will be part of our Production Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to the Line Lead.
The position will be based in Bologna.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach
- Lead the scheduling and participate in the execution of the regular planned downtime in compliance with maintenance tasks.
Ensure maintenance of technical documentation and spare parts are available and up to date
- Participate in developing, executing and reviewing the 90 days master plan in order to drive breakthrough result in machine performance through reducing planned and unplanned downtime.
Prepare monthly and yearly Loss Analysis for Repair and Maintenance cost and propose and monitor budgets and RFs
Requirements & Skills:
- Technical School (Secondary Technical School or Technical University)
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in industries like: tobacco, pharmaceutical, chemical or similar
- Previous experience or exposure to people coordination/management activities would be an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, ability to coach, technology & business process acumen, deal with ambiguity, managerial courage, result oriented, project management
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
