Description About the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Maintenance & Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities.The Maintenance & Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Intern will be responsible for:Ensuring compliance with the Heinz HSE Management Systems and existing Standard Methodologies;Ensuring that the site adheres to applicable Heinz policies/procedures, processes and operating principles; ensure compliance with any HSE legislation;Handling and control the Near Miss resolution process;Supervisioning of industrial safety/warning signs located in the factory;Assisting and supporting in the organization of employee trainings;Participate in the management of unplanned losses (i.e. OEE, in particular breakdown losses & technical (speed) constraints)Participate in analysis of Maintenance issues and related corrective action planProvide support in increasing reliability & availability as a result from continuously optimizing the equipment performance (OEE unplanned breakdown losses, MTBF, MTTR)Participate in Maintenance KHMS tasks and best practices implementation vs. action plan agreed especially for maintenance daily routine, cost analysis for all maintenance activities, gap analysis on maintenance plan and detailed preventive maintenance procedures.QualificationsHard SkillsEU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Energy, Electrical, Electronical Engineer or Industrial Engineering;Know-how of food industrial equipment process;Engineering principles for robust & reliable line design;Autonomous maintenance principles;Problem Solving tools, like 5*Why and Six Sigma tools;IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools;Language Knowledge: fluent in English and ItalianManagement system knowledge (ISO 9001-14001-45001) is a plusProfessional AttributesConfident / Ability to give pushbackAbility to SimplifyAnalyticalResult drivenTeam playerWhat we offer youAn ambitious employer; we only want the best for you;Always room for new insights; if you have an excellent idea, please let us know and we can set it in action!Duration: 6 months InternshipLocation: LatinaAllowance: €900Become part of a young and ambitious work environment: as a Kraft Heinz Maintenance Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Intern you'll be the owner of your own projects and career.
