As a Maintenance Expert, you will be operative and perform electrical/mechanical maintenance activities on our manufacturing facilities. You will also follow the Coordinator to learn new managing skills. This role is part of a Career Development path. A successful candidate will become the Maintenance Coordinator in the short/medium term.
Responsibilities: Work alongside the Maintenance Coordinator in his daily activities and learn his know-how with a view to professional growth; Start to learn the dynamics of project management and interface with other functions; Become responsible for the workshop when the Maintenance Coordinator is absent; Perform electrical/mechanical repairs and maintenance activities (ordinary and extraordinary) of the plant's production facilities; Make diagnostics and malfunction identification; Replace a broken component by taking it from the spare parts warehouse; Identify areas of improvement in the maintenance system and propose activities to reduce malfunctions, breakdowns and prevent accidents; Participate in maintenance meetings by giving feedback on your activities; Collaborate with the plant team on the 6S continuous improvement project. Qualifications: 4+ years' experience in electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance Excellent knowledge of electrical circuits with PAV and PEI qualification Flexibility to deal with emergencies English: intermediate, B1 Strong willingness to grow and develop your career as a Coordinator What we offer: Permanent contract Daytime work Company canteen Career growth plan as a Coordinator PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
