As a Maintenance Engineer in Valeo Pianezza, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies in electronics development, in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission: Write and maintain up-to-date maintenance procedures, work standards, and preventive maintenance plans. Act to improve the reliability of equipment and toolings. Implement and improve ERIM deployment and use. Act proactively for successful implementation and added-value use of CMMS SAP PM+. Participate in the smooth and efficient integration of new equipment. Act to improve the maintenance effectiveness and efficiency of its entity. Main responsibilities: Create and update maintenance work instructions for its perimeter, using e-WorkStation & PM+. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task; get them up-to-date in PM+. Train and coach the production teams in the proper application of preventive maintenance tasks. Ensure the availability of equipment and toolings documentation. Perform OJT on standards implemented. Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance and participate in the sourcing of maintenance spare parts suppliers. Ensure, together with the Safety network, the fulfilment of the Group Directives regarding Health & Safety and safety of buildings and installations in its scope.
