Talento Search Group has an opening for an Maintenance Electrician in the Elba, Alabama area. This is a direct hire position on 1st shift. The pay range is $20-23.75 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Summary: The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for performing manufacturing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electrical equipment and services within the manufacturing facility.
Duties & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair issues with electrical manufacturing equipment to maintain production requirements,Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.Run conduit as needed for production & facility equipmentRecommend equipment and process improvementsEnsure that all Safety/LOTO/NEC procedures/codes are adhered toAssist with equipment installations at the primary and secondary manufacturing facilityExperience Needed: HS-Diploma or Equivalent - Associate in Industrial Maintenance or similarMinimum 3 years current experience in an industrial/manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of NEC codesKnowledge of TPMsWorking knowledge of fabrication/welding helpfulCompany Description: Talento Search Group is an executive-search firm servicing manufacturing and logistics companies nationwide.
