YOUR ROLE
Main responsibilities:
Support production activities through maximizing up-time and performance of critical process equipment.
Install and qualify new tool sets according to scheduling.
Assume ownership of maintaining and calibrating production tools in accordance with specifications.
Improve tool up-time availability and utilization efficiency.
Establish Preventive Maintenance strategies and protocols.
Conduct systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
Work closely with process engineers to understand equipment interactions and limitations relative to operating specifications.
Solve critical equipment issues, leveraging on experience and systematic approach.
Identify and pursue potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve quality, cost, and cycle time with a focus on measurement step.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor degree in physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent
Fluency in English will be considered a plus.
Work experience in maintenance will be considered a plus.
Work experience in Semiconductor especially or similar will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
