For our own projects, we are looking for: MAINTAINABILITY ENGINEER Ref code: CR_2402-132_Maintainability Engineer Job summary MISSION: Responsible for ensuring the maintainability and efficiency of equipment and infrastructure within production and processing facilities.
TASKS: As part of project teams, provide expertise in Operability and Maintainability requirements and support project team in the application of their impact in plant layout; Discipline design development according to the main international standards; Contribution to the engineering and 3D model reviews, internal and official, for bottlenecks resolution and punch list clearance, client design review follow-up, support in technical clarifications, comments and following design modifications; Drafting and issuing of handling and lifting studies, lifting device definition and bill of material, as required by project/client; Support the internal Maintainability Procedure and Standards issuing and upgrading; ITB documentation analysis for workload evaluation, technical support in bill of quantities (lifting device and tools) preparation in proposal, detailed design, and construction phases; Interaction with the department resources for the development of the related activities, data management, reliability studies, maintenance plan definition, CMMS configuration, training. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent; Field work experience on Industrial Plant (Petrochemical, Oil & Gas) equipment, with Operation & Maintenance or commissioning roles; Fluent in English, spoken and written; Team-oriented, self-motivated with problem resolution, good inter- personal and communication skills; Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
