We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to support our growing and dynamic team.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models to solve complex problems and drive innovation within our organization.
You will work with the Machine Learning team, solving challenging problems in the domain of data analysis and information extraction for space missions. We are looking for someone with experience in the field of time series analysis to empower our teams working to enable autonomous data-driven predictive maintenance and anomaly detection for satellite platforms.
You, along with your team members, will help in building the new state-of-the-art of autonomous operations in space and will actively work on our Deep Learning-related projects, including algorithms that actually fly in orbit on satellites. You will also help AIKO implement modern DL development and deployment procedures using MLOps approaches.
Aerospace experience is not required to be successful here - we look for smart, motivated, collaborative engineers who love solving problems and want to make a difference in the future of space missions.
TasksUnderstand all aspects of assigned space engineering projects and ensure proper execution of all deliverables.Data handling and ML/DL models development for time series analysis.Dissemination and efficient presentation of results internally (to the team) or externally via papers, conferences and blogs.Push for continuous improvement in the company and positive attitude towards growth and change.Deploy, manage, and optimize machine learning models in production environments, ensuring smooth integration and efficient operations RequirementsMaster of Science in the following disciplines: Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math, or similar.Demonstrated experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects.Strong statistical theoretical backgroundStrong experience with Python 3 and libraries such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, MxNet, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.Strong mindset towards software quality. Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fieldsPrevious experience in Data Analysis and time series analysis.Expertise in designing and implementing Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) pipelines using industry-standard tools such as GitLab, MLFlow, Kubeflow and Kubernetes.
