Our Team:

Maalox Brand Lead is part of Growth Hub team and is responsible to drive globally Maalox strategy by leading the marketing strategy and activation plan for Maalox in Italy and to ensure global cascading.

Main responsibilities:

Leading the definition and the implementation of marketing strategy, identifying the correct marketing plan for Maalox, including development of brand campaign and innovation plan.

Leading Brand Plan & IBP cycle.

Coordinating and managing resources and periodic coordination with region and global marketing function for alignment and sharing of levers, brand positioning and identified strategy.

Complying to sustainability goals, sell-out and sell-in goals, profit goals and disposable budget.

Ensuring the management of information and the identification of market patterns and trends in the short, medium, and long period.

Acquiring and analysing information on needs and prospects of the market, keeping constantly updated on the future commercial products, on the actions of competition and on consumer and customers.

Ensuring correct A&P definition and allocation by overseeing and verifying A&P spending, by taking care of the definition of spending priorities, defining media plan in accordance with Media team, with a tight collaboration with the internal functions involved and in compliance with company goals.

Supporting the development of company's commercial offer by pinpointing the marketing plan for the realization of goals.

Leading and coordinating brand projects, monitoring the realization of cycle plans (tools, means, timings), ensuring the definition of product portfolio priorities and driving innovation roadmap to widen up, stretch and differentiate the product portfolio, exploiting and empowering the lever of brand value.

Acting complying with national and local law and with company's sell goals.

About you

Experience :

At least 8 years of demonstrated work experience in Marketing.

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role/team leaders as Marketing Manager.

Solid previous work experience in Brand Management and Brand Building.

Experience in new product design and launch.

Soft skills :

Strategic thinking/planning, financial management skills and analytical skills.

Applied knowledge of marketing and selling methodologies.

Solid communication and team management abilities.

Leadership, influencing and collaboration.

Ability to collaborate with global teams and countries of the region.

Technical skills :

Digital Marketing: strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and of the fundamentals of Precision Marketing.

Education:

Marketing degree or scientific compared subject.

Proficiency in both oral and written English.
