Your main responsibilities will be: - Contribute to MA projects through value-added strategic advice- Define the relevant market research and analysis to identify trends, potential target companies and emerging opportunities- Develop together with the team comprehensive financial strategies- Building and maintaining client relationshipsSuccessful candidates must have a strong background in technology-focused MA Advisory with at least 6 years of professional experience in the field.Candidate should also demonstrate:- strong communication and interpersonal skills,- exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills,- ability to work in teams,- organization skills and priority management;Our ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English.
