Job Description Summary: We are looking for a M&A Trainee willing to join and support the Renantis Solutions department in its activities mainly related to projects' analysis in the energy renewables sector, focusing on Customers Centric PV potential opportunities.
The successful candidate will work together with all the components of the Renantis Solutions' team, supporting them in all the daily duties in which the department is involved, i.e.
projects' valuation and monitoring, due diligence analysis, data management.
Job Description: Main Responsibilities Supporting the M&A team in documents' collection and data management of all projects; Assisting the Renantis Solutions' department in producing valuations, mainly in the PV sector; Supporting the M&A team during the due diligence process required in relation to the acquisition of projects and/or pipeline; Supporting the Renantis Solutions' department in the preparation of presentations for different stakeholders; Supporting the M&A team in the update of CRM and other tools used in the day-to-day activities.
Key Requirements Financial or Engineering Graduate; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good knowledge of the Office Package; Team worker; Interest in Renewable Energy, especially PV; Fluent Italian and English speaker.
