For an investment banking boutique focused on infrastructure and renewable sectors, we are looking for an MA Associate.The boutique provides independent and bespoke financial advisory services (MA, Debt Advisory and PPA Advisory) to companies, institutional investors and developers with a focus on energy transition.ResponsibilitiesSupport in the execution of sell-side and buy-side MA transactions from origination to closing;Working on financial models, valuation and debt sizing calculations;Analysing business models and financial statements of target company.Requirements3-4 years of experience in MA, Debt Advisory investment banks or within Renewables Developers, Corporate Finance departments in companies active in the Energy sector;The candidate, who has experience in renewable energy or infrastructure evaluation and/or project finance operations, will be able to support the investment team, managing projects at every stage of their development;Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills;Fluent in English and ability to work with international colleagues.
