M&A Renewables Senior Analyst/Associate

For an investment banking boutique focused on infrastructure and renewable sectors, we are looking for an M&A Associate.

The boutique provides independent and bespoke financial advisory services (M&A, Debt Advisory and PPA Advisory) to companies, institutional investors and developers with a focus on energy transition.

Responsibilities Support in the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions from origination to closing; Working on financial models, valuation and debt sizing calculations; Preparing marketing material; Analysing business models and financial statements of target company. Requirements 3-4 years of experience in M&A, Debt Advisory investment banks or within Renewables Developers, Corporate Finance departments in companies active in the Energy sector; The candidate, who has experience in renewable energy or infrastructure evaluation and/or project finance operations, will be able to support the investment team, managing projects at every stage of their development; Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills; Fluent in English and ability to work with international colleagues.
