Job Description Summary:
Our business is continuously growing and expanding, and our Business Development and M&A team is looking for someone willing to be challenged every day in an international environment.
**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:
- Support on the development of robust financial models for renewable energy projects, focusing on model integrity, sensitivity analysis, key assumptions review and valuation
- Assist in the coordination of Due Diligence processes for investment targets, including the management of the data room and liaising with third parties (ie.
advisors, sellers, etc)
- Liaise with technical, legal, insurances and tax advisors, including the management of the NDAs, preparation of RFPs, negotiation of arrangements, coordination of analysis and review of the due diligence reports extracting conclusions and actions from them
- Assist in screening and evaluating financing and investment opportunities
- Actively participate in the preparation and presentation of investment documentation and recommendations for internal approvals
- Scrutinize transaction documents to ensure compliance with internal criteria and models
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
