M&A Intern

The MA Intern will support the MA team in originating and executing MA transactions on the Italian market.
The MA Intern will be actively involved in the origination and execution of MA transactions within the Italian market, for both Italian and international clients.
He/she will work in coordination with both Milan and Paris based professionals as part of an international team.
The MA Intern will support the team members and his/her responsibilities will mainly cover the following activities:Assist the other members of the team in the origination and execution of MA transactions.Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to support marketing and execution initiatives.Press monitoring and initial development of marketing ideas.Supporting the execution of MA transactions under the supervision of other team members.Prepare financial modelling and valuation analysis.Assistance in the preparation of transaction marketing documents (information memoranda and management presentations) and pitch-books.When required, the Intern will also be asked to attend client meetings in the context of the activities performed.
He/she will improve his/her knowledge of how to perform market and financial analysis, financial models and prepare effective presentations to clients and CA-CIB bankers.
