**M&A and Corporate Affairs Project Manager**:
What will your challenge be?
Aiming to strengthen our M&A & Corporate Affairs Department, we are looking for a M&A and Corporate Affairs Project Manager.
The new resource will become a member of our M&A and Corporate Affairs Department and will report to the Head of the M&A Team.
**Your activities will be**:
Support our M&A Team in analysis and execution of domestic and international M&A and extraordinary transactions
Manage and coordinate post transaction M&A activities, incentive plans, and different organizational-corporate aspects
Work along with both our Legal and M&A Teams to create repeatable solutions, and identify M&A process improvement opportunities
**Deal with corporate affairs activities**: be our first contact in managing internal and external Stakeholders, keep record of post-deal events and meet the deadline in a timely manner, work as a focus point between Corporate, Business, and International Strategy, and so on.
Are you our new colleague?
Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering
At least 5 years' of experience in analogous responsibilities, Corporate experience or exposure to international firms/boutique would be considered a plus
Background of Corporate Finance, Investment Bank, or Transaction Services
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Good knowledge of a second language would be considered a plus
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel and Power Point)
Proactivity, problem solving attitude and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
