M&A And Asset Management Analyst

Webuild is looking for an MA and Asset Management Analyst, based in Milan, for the Group MA and Asset Management team to help evaluate investment opportunities to accelerate growth through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.The candidate will develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and market dynamics, gather industry intelligence, and execute potential transactions.Main Responsibilities:Identifying and assessing investment opportunities across existing and new/adjacent markets;Supporting throughout all phases of the due diligence process, coordinating both with other internal departments and external advisors;Creating and maintaining updated financial models for potential targets, mastering sensitivity and scenario analysis;Preparing executive-level strategic and financial presentations for executive review meetings/investment committees;Supporting integration efforts for acquisitions in collaboration with other internal departments;Mapping and monitoring MA transactions to facilitate market understanding.Required Skills:Previous 6 months - 1 year of experience in investment banking, MA boutique, audit/consulting, and/or in-house corporate development/Corporate MA team;Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Industrial Engineering with a major in Finance;Sound knowledge of financial analysis, valuation, corporate finance, and business law;Exceptional financial modeling skills;Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills;Fluent English, both written and spoken; an additional language will be considered a plus.The following skills complete the profile:High motivation, strategic thinking, proactive attitude, and attention to detail;Ability to work in a team in a flexible and proactive way.Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
