ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst will be part of Société Générale CIB MA team based in Milan.Tasks and responsibilities:Building complex financial models and completing valuation, mergers and other analytical exercisesDrafting of presentations for MA transactions or strategic client dialogueWorking closely with the rest of Team to create client deliverables and meet ad-hoc client requestsClosely collaborating with various industries, countries and other products' colleagues during origination and execution stagesPerform industry and company research to support business development and on an ad-hoc basisProfile requiredStudies experience:A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institutionPrior work experience of Investment Banking at a recognized Investment Bank or advisory boutiqueLanguage skills:Native/advanced level of ItalianProficiency in EnglishTechnical, operational Soft skills:Proficiency in MS office applicationsTechnically proficient in financial modeling (DCF, Multiples, Merger model, LBO model)Analytical approach to problem solvingHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailsStrong work ethicStrong presentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team as well as independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
