**M&A ADVISOR AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**:
We are looking for an Advisory Company a talented Sales manager with experience in Corporate Finance e M&A Advisory.
**Report to**: CEO
**Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Recovery Services**:
- Acquisition of deals by entering into and maintaining relationships with target potential clients, engaging in direct contact with the owners of the targets;
- Actively manage the whole M&A process;
- Analysis of financial and economic target's performances and modelling in Italy or abroad;
- Support the client during the analysis and the implementation of solutions or during moment of difficulty or financial crisis.
**Desired Skills / Knowledge**:
- Economical Degree or similar;
- At least 4/5 years of experience gained into Consultancy Firms in M&A and Corporate Finance sectors;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian;
- Great Communication Skills and ability to work in team;
- Willing to travel in EU or abroad;
- High motivation to work for an emergent Consultancy Firm.
