We are looking for an experienced Luxury Sales Manager motivated to join the amazing team of the Precise Tale Poggio alla Sala.
The role will report to the Commercial Director for Italy.
As Luxury Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling accommodation and other services to the extensive Luxury specific segment.
Main duties and responsibilities: Responsible for proactive sales calls to generate and manage top sales accounts.Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential in coordination with the Revenue and Operations team to satisfy client needs.Evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and hotel profitability.Maintain an orderly and effective plan of correspondence.Participate in sales meetings and related industry and organizations to represent the hotel.Have a constant and comprehensive knowledge of market trends and local competition.Travel as and when required within the agreed agenda of sales activities.Conduct property tours with sales leads and partners as required, also as part of self-organized fam trips and press trips.Maintain and update the account information on a regular basis as well as reviewing productions accordingly.Represent the hotel in trade shows, exhibitions and other business-related events within or outside business hours as requested.Participate in annual budgeting and business planning process as well as strategies planning to maximize all business opportunities.Participate in trainings and other development programs.Skills and requirements: Min. 3 years of experience in Luxury hotel environment with proven track record to cover a similar role.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Proven negotiation and sales skills.Knowledge of the local market and consolidated strong network within the Luxury segment.Fluent in Italian and English language, both spoken and written.What we offer:
