Luxury Living Group - Architect/Interior Designer Project Department SALES & MARKETING Location: Forlì, Italy

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises project budgets, implementation timing, and final quality in retail and residential projects. Develops space plans and provides design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions. Coordinates suppliers and partners while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from inception to completion. Collaborates and interacts with all company departments. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture or related field (interior design). 5+ years of experience in the job offered or related fields. Fluent in English. Strong graphic and visualization skills; proficient in 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and 3D Studio Max. Skills: Design: Capable of creating solutions applying design principles with attention to detail. Problem Solving: Able to identify and solve problems and develop alternative solutions. Project Management: Development and coordination of project plans, fulfilling time and budget goals. Teamwork: Able to work in teams and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
