The Lottery Field Services Technician is responsible for servicing IGT equipment at retailer (customer) locations and will be part of our award-winning lottery services organization.
As a Lottery Field Service Technician II at IGT, you will have a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing IGT equipment at Retailer locations. Our company is dedicated to delivering flawless lottery experiences to customers, and you will be at the forefront of this mission. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Transporting, installing (if applicable), and maintaining IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.Attending driver training and following IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.Maintaining equipment to promote continuous operation of IGT equipment.Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment to restore it to working order in the field. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning it, and making minor adjustments to the malfunctioning component.Communicating effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers. Accurately reporting activity, arrival and departure times, problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch.Delivering marketing supplies and consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc., and tracking inventory of these items.Delivering basic training to new retailers or refresher/remedial training to retailers who are performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.Completing primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for procedure improvements, etc.Employment Benefits IGT employees receive the following employment benefits (all benefits mentioned are subject to policy and eligibility requirements):

Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods, demonstrate skill when working with tools, and work with moving parts and electrical current.
