This is a 9 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover). Our people are at the heart of our operations and training helps them thrive. You'll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers.
Key job responsibilitiesDeliver training and coaching to Amazon's standard.Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates.Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience.Work with stakeholders across Italy and Europe to identify areas where further training and development is needed.Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites.Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams.Plan efficient training plans.Participate actively in workshops by bringing data and accurate analysis.Assess process compliance.Data driven approach when analyzing a scenario that can be optimized.About the teamAmazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials.Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) in a professional environment.Advanced proficiency in the local language.Fluent English certificate or knowledge.Analytical approach based on relevant projects involved.Data driven approach based on previous experience.Certificate or relevant experience in Learning as trainer, coach, teacher, etc.Evidence in public speaking skill based in previous work experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
