We are looking for a **Logistics Supply Management **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Logistic Materials Management and Inbound Trasportation **and functionally to the** Logistics Coordinator Material Planners.
**
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the availability of components for supplying assembly and production lines
- Supporting materials planners in first step escalation with suppliers, being first further contact point with Quality, Purchasing, After sales mainly
- Tracking, managing materials shortage, evaluating and monitoring recovery actions and escalating critical suppliers, identifying the root causes, evaluating actions and organizing meetings and recovery plans to guarantee line supply with the involved departments, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, After sales, Logistics including logistics process audit on site during serial production if needed
- Collecting and presenting weekly Suppliers Management Team Meetings and weekly Critical Suppliers Status with Top Management
- Performing logistics readiness assessment to the suppliers and participates in 2 Days Production in order to verify that the new suppliers have logistics adequate capacity and equipment's to be ready for the series phase and to fulfil Lamborghini delivery plan
- Performing new suppliers Logistic Auditing in order to get Logistics Rating for new business assignments
- Keeping in contact with colleagues of the VW group for critical items and suppliers and Suppliers Management Team thema
**About you**
- University Degree in Engineering or economics
- At least 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in automotive, Manufacturing Industries (similar processes/ complexity)
- Specific mechanical skills as plus
- Knowledge of MRP processes and systems
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
- Self-confidence especially under work pressures
