Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR.Purpose of the Job: To plan and manage logistics activities, in the own job scope, in accordance with operations requirements.Accountabilities:Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation for Stock EntryPlan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplierManage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity, scrap in external different suppliersManage relationships with Suppliers and with the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stockManage materials from incoming to delivery in Informatic Systems SAP - GSIManage documentation related to materials IN and OUTOptimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehousesContact the couriers or clients for logistic issuesManage the costs and invoices for logistic/transport suppliersJob requirements:Degree in Management Engineering or equivalentGood interpersonal and communicational skillsAbility to manage deadlines effectivelyTechnical Knowledge/experience:Experience of at least 3 years in warehouse/logistics activitiesGood knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and ExcelKnowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire, etc.
