**Your challenges will include**:
- Exploring new partners and suppliers for promotional materials;
Negotiating for better conditions for promotional materials purchases;
Ordering and follow up for promotional materials related to events, sales, and other purposes;
Work with Zendesk, Jira, Mattermost, myPOS Office ticket system, CMS & BOD;
Continuous communication in regards to Order, offers, receipt and delivery of advertising materials - this includes contacts with couriers, marketing, printers, etc.
Support other team members in activities related to myPOS's products orders
Keeping track of available stock
**Your Profile**
- Experience in logistics, marketing agency or similar;
Experience in internal Marketing department would be a plus;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Experience with logistics management systems;
Good level of English language;
Teamwork and organization.
