Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostics tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.The Logistics Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting Beckman Distribution processes in cooperation with the local Third-Party Logistics Providers to drive best in class On Time Delivery.This position is part of the Italian Logistics team located in Cassina De' Pecchi, Italy.
At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will report to the Manager Logistics Southern Region responsible for Logistics and Distribution Operations in Italy, Spain and Portugal.If you thrive in a results-oriented, fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class supply chain organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Enable and perform daily coordination of operational tasks to support Beckman Distribution processes in cooperation with the local 3PLs.Ensure Site KPIs, such as On time Delivery (OTD), Dock to Stock, Quality, Stock accuracy on departmental level.Execute a wide variety of tasks, relating to the incoming storage and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments and/or equipment to meet customer expectations.Drive continuous improvements, related to customer satisfaction, overall logistics performance or cost reductions.Maintain compliance with ISO, IATA, OSHA, DOT, FAA, FDA Guidelines and internal Danaher regulatory requirements.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain management or Logistics.Excellent experience in Data Analytics via Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas).3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.Fluent Italian and English.Available to travel yearly up to 10%.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience with ERP systems such as OBI, SAP or equivalent.What we offer:Attractive salary and bonus system.A solid onboarding program (around 3 months) with training and mentoring.A wide range of training opportunities (including virtual) in languages, technology and the Danaher Business System (DBS) Academy.Modern work in an exciting international environment.
