Position Overview As a Logistics Specialist, you will be an integral part of our supply-chain team, responsible, with your tutor for both daily operations and strategic endeavors aimed at enhancing our transport flows and networks. The final objective is to serve as the primary point of contact for various logistical tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain. What you need to succeed Bachelor's Degree in engineering, economics or similar is a plus. Fluency in Italian and English required (minimum B2); knowledge of a third language is a plus. Good knowledge of Excel and Office package (Access, Power Point, …). Interest in Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain Management. Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines. Good team attitude. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Passion for the Fashion Industry is a must Responsibilities Assist in fostering strong working relationships with brands and internal teams. Support the wholesale purchase order submission at the end of each sales campaign. Assist in reviewing and managing brand cancellations each season. Proactively manage daily contacts and updates with sales, customer service team, and brands. Coordinate inbound brand deliveries with the assistance of our logistics team. Resolve delivery discrepancies as needed. Provide weekly reports on seasonal inbound deliveries. Offer administrative support to the Operations Coordinator.
