Logistics Specialist (categorie protette ai sensi della Legge 68/99)
The resource will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with external customers and internal teams to ensure that order requirements are met in a timely fashion and, as needed, will initiate corrective action to ensure that an excellent standard and high level of customer satisfaction will be maintained.
**His/Her Main Responsibilities will be**:
- Process new and open customer orders/backorders for shipment
- Respond to inquiries from customers/internal teams on a timely basis regarding
inventory availability, order status, shipment/delivery dates, etc.
with high level of organization and professionalism
- Manage assigned customer per instructions and update customer service network drive.
- Solve challenging customer issues using creative solutions to find root causes and a high degree of tact/judgment to ensure a positive result and ensuring decisions are within company policy/procedure.
- Work effectively with other departments when assistance is needed on new system
changes, process implementations, etc.
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Management engineering or similar);
- Proficient with data entry, intermediate-advanced PC skills (in particular Excel)
- Proficient in English
- Good organizational skills
- Previous experience in similar role preferably in a Warehouse and/or Manufacturing environment is preferred
