Join our team as Logistics Specialist in Florence. In this role you will be responsible to supervise logistics, including B&P, Quality, Warehouse, Biosecurity. Manage shipping operations. Collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance.
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring logistic provider adherence to KPIs for timely transactions and packing closure.
- Prioritizing tasks to meet business targets and manage critical situations effectively.
- Supporting risk mitigation and urgent supply chain needs.
- Collaborating with functions, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics for timely issue resolution and cost-efficiency.
- Supervising material transfer, inventory assessment, and warehouse operations for quality and HSE compliance.
- Conducting visual inspections, manage non-conformities, audits, and EHS targets, supporting various logístical activities.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Engineering.
- Have 2 - 3 years experience in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Be a quick learner with ability to adapt to new products/business areas.
- Be skilled in managing priorities and stakeholders in complex environments.
- Be fluent in English, have an EU passport and have willingness to travel.
