Position:Logistics SpecialistPosizione Bulgari, within its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit based in Florence, is looking for a Logistics Specialist. As Logistics Specialist you will ensure the effective and efficient management of logistic flows in the assigned area of responsibility, through the coordination of all logistics partners and Import/export authorities, in order to meet service level and cost objectives, respecting worldwide Supply Chain & Distribution model and national and international regulations. Excellence for Bulgari means the perfect balance between top quality products and impeccable services worldwide.Responsibilities:Support Logistics operations by providing supply chain knowledge and expertise to propose solutions to operational needsEvaluate all possible solutions and scenarios with regards logistics activities: analysis of warehouse and distribution processes with a perspective of continuous improvementMonitor the performance of logistics provider basis on KIPs to be achievedAct as a logistics reference for Bulgari colleagues and external clientsAct as a trouble shooter in case of urgent situations identified internallyAbsorb complex qualitative and quantitative data, synthesise that data for sharing in a manner appropriate to the audienceQualifications:Knowledge of supply chain processes & techniques. At least 2-3 years' of previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SAP system is a plus. Good competence with international distribution rules, networks, best practices, tools and third parties (customs regulation, transportation, warehouse management methods and systems). Excellent ability with numbers: understand and analyze several logistic reports to evaluate performance and create forecasts. Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent education. Office computing: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
