Logistics Specialist

The intern will be responsible for managing Excel files used by different areas of the business, keeping these files up-to-date, and preparing documents for daily shipments.

We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries.ResponsibilitiesLogistics Excel file maintenanceCreates loading lists based on the shipment fileUpdates the daily loading/unloading schedule file to provide accurate information to the warehouse teamPreparation of shipment documentsPrepares the order in the management systemPrepares the documents relating to each shipment (pre- and post-shipment) up to the invoicing of the orderOther activitiesManages emails with transporters and customers regarding shipment documentsQualificationsGood knowledge of the Italian language and basic knowledge of English, mainly in writingGood communication skillsAccuracy and reliabilityAdaptability: flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to adjust plans as requiredGood Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)Interested:Please visit us at or send your CV to [insert contact information].#J-18808-Ljbffr
