Tetra Pak Closures Italy provides Closures production for food, dairy & beverage industry, producing around 4 billion caps every year that are shipped worldwide.
Within the Logisitic Department, we are looking for a Logistics Replenisher who can support the team and contribute to achieve factory and department goals.
This is a permanent position based in Sezzadio (Italy)
**What you will do**:
As a Logistics Replenisher you will:
- Plan the reordering of resins, masterbatch, slip agent, liner, consumables
- Handling Purchase Requests
- Daily and weekly storage and inventory updating
- Managing delivery date changing and/or delivery quantity changing
- Be the referent for communications with and from external suppliers and for eternal warehouse
- Handling returns, substitutions and complaints
- Be responsible for disposal of obsolete raw material
- Defining Resin monthly forecast (+3/6 months)
- Participating to monthly meeting with external warehouse for presenting an estimation of stock changes, quarterly handling in/out and discussion about technical glitches that can eventually occur
- Providing monthly forecast of external warehouse
- Checking invoices
- Participate to World Class Manufacturing activities of the factory
- Participate to specific Projects
**Who you are**:
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- You have a technical background ideally with 2-3 years of relevant work experience; Food industry experience will be an advantage
- You have strong skill in working in a dynamic environment
- You are pro-active, analytical thinking with keen eyes on details
- You are able to build strong relationships and are able to work in a team
- You have "problem solving" approach, you are methodical and efficient
- You are open to new initiatives, changes and are able to learn on the fly
- You are passionate and self motivated
- You have good command of computer skills
