Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.Valentino is looking for a Logistics Project Coordinator based in Milan.Main task activities:Coordinate cross-channel Projects within the Logistics Department at a worldwide level.Ideate and implement new processes to improve operations and optimize logistics processes.Assign project tasks based on project team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience.Define and calculate KPIs to ensure project results are aligned with the expectations of Business Leaders, implementing specific tools and techniques for measuring project results.Perform data analysis and prepare business cases to support Supply Chain projects.Produce project documentation, reports, and operational guidelines for the training of operational resources impacted by changes.Identify and communicate project-related issues, changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during projects, facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties, and ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out assigned tasks effectively.Job Requirements:At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles.Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics/Business, or a related field.Fluent in Italian and English.Advanced Excel and Tools Project Management/BPMN user.Previous experience in the management of Supply Chain process optimization and innovation projects, with a view to both physical and digital processes.The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equity.
