POSIZIONE: LOGISTICS & PRODUCTION AREA - Logistics ManagerRETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA:SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Operations, Fashion Design & Technical positionsDESCRIZIONE AZIENDAOn behalf of an international luxury brand we are looking for an HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAUN EMEA.The Regional Head of Supply Chain will ensure efficient and dimensioned operations in local supply chain activities including: end to end network optimization, planning/scheduling, merchandise allocation and flow, in order to meet expected customer service while meeting or exceeding inventory targets.He/she will be the main regional partner of the WW logistics team which must ensure the correct level of service in all hubs and for all stores.He/she will facilitate a smooth logistics process with the multi-channel retail, wholesale and e-commerce functionsHe/she will maximize the productivity of the inventoryKey Accountabilities• Work closely with the Global Teams to develop Supply Chain strategies• Be the expert on market dynamics and the supply base by country and for the region as a whole and ensure supply plan strategies are in place, tailored and optimized;• Work closely with regional merchandising and inventory planning team to manage and improve store transfers timings;• Lead implementation and delivery of global and regional initiatives;• Lead the projects and act as regional project managers in all the initiatives that involve set up of new warehouse locations.Key Requirements• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent• Ten years of experience as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain or Operations in a similar sized business, preferably in the fashion industry• Experience with Italian or/and international warehousing and omni-channel distribution• High-proficiency and deep knowledge of SAP systems implementations.• MS Office and advanced Excel skills• Proficiency in spoken and written Italian a plusPROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALERetail Search SrlTel: +39/0235922670Tel: +39/0235922670#J-18808-Ljbffr
